A Letter from my Husband – Final Day Last Chance for Free Audio!!

ImageMy name is Lance Fairbairn, Janice’s husband.  As a husband with a family that has been affected by Lyme, I want to encourage you to push forward with what energy you have to fight.

Looking back on this last decade, it has been exhausting and amazing.  Our family has had our share of battles, just like you.  I wish I could say I responded perfectly to all of them or even most of them. What I can say is this – we stood together and choose to fight. But we couldn’t of achieved this without a circle of friends, our prayer warriors and a mighty God.

Having had windshield time to think and process things one particular work day, I came home having pondered this lyme journey. On that drive God told me to encourage my wife to write this experience down.  He also, told me the name of the book –  “My God, My Lyme”.  What inspired this title was the way that my wife, a prayer warrior, took on this enemy of her body. She would declare, this is my Lyme and he is my God.  This Lyme will not define me, but I will define this Lyme in my life.  I am not this Lyme, but this Lyme is a part of me.  God was Janice’s strength, not just on her own, but with a mighty circle of pray warriors around her.

This disease can make you bitter or better.  We can choose these trials in life to direct our path or we can choose to be advocates for our health and live – a better path.

My prayer for you is to pick up this sword of “defeat” and slay this enemy.  This sword that is in front of you can be a reminder of the disease or you can take it and yield it – through the power of a living God.
