Love Shack, baby Love Shack

So, I have always had incredibly vivid dreams my whole life, except for when I was terribly sick with LYME. Now that I’m feeling better, they have returned. A few weeks ago, I woke up really uptight and upset and couldn’t figure out why until I started remembering the dream that I fhad awoken in the middle of.

I was choregraphing a dance routine (have no idea where and with whom and I am not a choreographer) to the song Love Shack from the B52s. I was incredibly frustrated because the dance group could get the “bang bang bang on the door” part but could not get the “tin roof – rusted” part right!

At the wedding we attended this weekend, just as we were about to leave, the band began to play Love Shack and I erupted in hysterics.

Look for the things, the anythings that can give you a huge belly laugh in this illness. Laughter is good for the soul. It feels so good to laugh again and see life for what it has to give.

There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under the heavens…….a time to kill and a time to heal,
a time to tear down and a time to build,
a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time to dance, (Ecc 3:1-4)
